Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

This pumpkin pie smoothie recipe uses real pumpkin puree and packs a real protein punch. It is the perfect breakfast or post-workout snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond or pecan butter optional

Method
 

  1. throw all of your ingredients in your blender
  2. Starting on low speed, begin to blend and work your way up to high speed
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
