Notes
Does pumpkin spice expire?
The best part about making such a large batch is that this should last you two to three years if stored properly! Always check the expiration dates of the spices you are using as spices can lose potency over time.
Having homemade spice mixes on hand makes cooking at home so easy and you avoid many of those hard to pronounce, toxic ingredients. This pumpkin pie spice is so easy and goes well in so many pumpkin recipes or those warm apple recipes too that just remind you of the best part of fall.

Ah! So glad you posted this and that I found it! I always have such a hard time finding pumpkin pie spice in the grocery store when I need it, and by the time I find it, it is nearly out of stock so I can’t really stock up. Making it myself not only allows me to control the quality of the ingredients, but also, I can always have it on hand now! Woo hoo!

I always wondered what was in this!
